| Summary |
|
Everest
is one of the most popular 'stand alone' poker rooms (that is not on a
network). It targets players from Europe and Asia (Everest do not
accept players from the US) and was the first poker room to offer
significant multi-language support with the software being available in
Several languages. Although originally, the only games available were
Hold em' games, Everest has since added Omaha to its
software. It is a very unique site with a user friendly interface and
smooth graphics. It is an excellent site for new players as they offer
"training tables" to educate players in the various game variants.
Overall,
Everest is an excellent site with good bonuses and promotions and a
solid player base. This is a Poker Room that is continually improving.
Highly recommended. |
| Software |
|
The software is truly unique offering a 3D perspective with decent graphics. You can also change the angle from which you view the table. Everest continue to listen to customer feedback and are regularly improving their software. The lobby is slick, easy to navigate and offers the standard filters that are required. In game you can also make player notes, average pot sizes and hands player per hour. Hand histories are also available. You can also multi table, although this is limited to 8 tables. Tables are resizable and scale very easily. The in-game graphics are also very good with several different skins to choose from. |
| Traffic |
|
You will often find over 4000 players at the tables at peak hours. It doesnt compete with the larger rooms, but for a stand alone room, these are good numbers and provide plenty of action. Alot of the traffic however migrates towards the tournament tables rather than the cash games. |
